You may want to slow down the walking animation or increase the Walker's speed, because right now the movement of its legs and its forward momentum don't really work together, giving it a rather goofy look. It still looks pretty bad *** though, nice work on the model.

I also love the way you've implemented hacking, having to actually interact with the console. Too many games just have "hold E to use mad haxor skillz".

You are correct and the animations are still heavily WIP and need a lot of work. The current ones work ok, although the timing of the walk is now messed up, must have tweaked a wrong value there and there are many pose connecting animations missing which causes some jittering here and there.

But yes the animation is far from final and Im going to make them better before release.

We aim to bring the user interaction more into the game with features like the hacking. We will use the same system with other computer interfaces too that do not require hacking but still need to be properly operated. No hold E for magic for our mod. :D You have to work for it.

Preview footage on new features in Lost Dragons alpha 0.2.0!

First off the improved hacking system with executable applications which can control multiple triggers. Like with the four part hangar the hacked wall terminal controls the animation of the doors on both front corner pieces!

Secondly the hangar itself has a bit of magic in it powered by new structure part function that allows us to build complete buidings from multiple parts by placing the first piece on the map. The rest of the parts are determined in the building config and are then automagically placed on their right places.

Third but most definitely not the least the new unit type, the walker! Combination of man and machine allows us to give a tank like vehicle the movement and maneuverability of a Arma man unit and still retain the tank functions like passengers and turrets.

Although the Walker is far from finished, it is already almost in good enough shape to be released for public testing. Soon you too will be able to give it a spin around the block!
