Description
Got the AR-42 V4 in game with a new holosight to go with it. Got to adjust the hands and I'll be good to go. Going to leave the mag and grenade reload animations for the next release though.
Uh... That holosight looks a bit awkward in my opinion... I'd prefer it round ( Images.google.fr or Images.google.fr), more like a reflex, so it hides the sides less... I like the crossair tho ;)
We're going to have a few different ones, I preferred the cubic design for the "default" scope as it fits the overall design better. Im going to widen the view though, the sides are way too wide right now.
As a side note the top rail is quite short and cant fit any of the vanilla scopes, so the rifle will have rather limited compatibility.
There will be longer marksman version too though that can mount wider range of scopes.
Yeah, I'm ok with the "widenning".
Wait, did you say "vanilla scopes" ? I hope there'll be only custom items in the future !! That's the hard rules of total conversions !! :p
Heh, well its not our intention to use them, just that Im sure someone might want to.
Just thought to note that this one cant use them and even the longer version would use our new marksman/sniper scopes. Compatibility with Vanilla scopes might be possible, but not a priority.
