Lost Alpha Ammo Affects Bullet Velocity UI Parameter addon

Does NOT change physics of bullets, only UI elements in weapon description.

For example:

If 9x19 FMJ has 100% bullet velocity and 9x19 PB1s has 110% bullet velocity.

Vanilla displays 300m/s bullet velocity for Walther pistol loaded with both FMJ and PB1s ammo.

Mod displays 300m/s bullet velocity for Walther pistol loaded with FMJ and 330 m/s for PB1s ammo.
