LA DC engine_update. Small engine update test that corrects a few things.
Google translated notes below. VK post mentioned this has not been tested thoroughly, use at your own risk!!
I DID NOT CREATE THIS ALL CREDIT GOES TO RU TEAM.

A little surprise for fans of Lost Alpha DC!
Updating the game engine. It includes a number of minor corrections of varying degrees of importance, namely:
1) NPC and all sorts of objects do not disappear in the doorways on the speaker. Especially noticeable on the agro-industry This means a bug when only shadows were visible from the NPCs and mutants.
2) The carousel now draws in dead bodies and tears them apart. Previously, bodies fell, not reaching the point of rupture. Other bugs related to the carousel may have been fixed.
3) Items on locations, such as a piece of paper on the side table, no longer flicker. This fix is still in the configuration process.
For the perfect effect, you need to set the setting (user.ltx or console command) rs_view_port_near_koef to 1.0
4) Zero probability of departure when the NPCs leave you with an open trading or dialogue window.
5) Some minor changes, the start settings of the game are calibrated
A new game is NOT needed, unzip the archive to the root of the game with a replacement, after making backup of the bins folder

All water displays incorrectly, and the game crashes and stutters more now. Stupid me, I didn't backup anything cause I trusted the update.
Says right here... "VK post mentioned this has not been tested thoroughly, use at your own risk!!"
and
"unzip the archive to the root of the game with a replacement, after making backup of the bins folder"
I know, a little late, but for anyone with buggy water, make sure to DISABLE the AMD Water Fix under your mods.
This engine update is working just fine!

thank you for your very helpful comment...
Regarding the water not displaying correctly;
I've managed to get it back to normal by deleting the shader file inside the "gamedata" folder, though I admit I have no idea if this will negatively affect anything else.
I totally want this for the invisible model glitch but otherwise I will hold off until water fix is determined.
There are a few lod pop-in issues round the edge of Cordon, other than that it seems to work as described in patch notes. Only just started a new play through so haven't seen much of the world thus far.
Will report back if I come across anyother issues along the way. If its of any use to the RU team that is :)
Darkscape->14 FPS. *Fixed* 14 FPS. Is it normal?
Update: maybe was my CPU on heavy load for other reasons ;)
Hi, can anybody tell me what to do about the crash to desktop with a message about CHW::UpdateViews? This seems to be graphics driver related. I am using an RX580 with driver 19.something (the last one to date) on LA DC 1.4007 with no additional mods and can provide the automated bug report as well as a savegame with which the bug is reproducible. But my machine is not online so I cant submit the report online, instead I could send it via mail to someone.
Or is this already known and will be fixed with some update?
Can someone help me apply the -noprefetch line for LADC1.4007? I want to see if it helps with stutter. Thanks!
does this fix DX10 and DX11 cause my game crashes when using either of them(my pc is a beast so its not the problem)
