The old world order in Europe, that of Byzantine, French, and Polish dominance over Europe has ended. The balance of powers has been upended. The informal peace between the British and the French has lasted for 20 years now, but as tensions flare up in the newly reorganized lands of India the peace will break into violence. The Holy Roman Empire is locked in a power struggle between the industrializing princes and the age old power of the Munich. Across the Sea, The United States is ascendant after the conquest of Canada, and keeping the Canadian identity alive may require violence. All of this, from a mostly forgotten battle in 1444. Legacy of Varna is a total conversion mod wondering, "What if the crusaders won the 1444 Battle of Varna." The nature of Eastern Europe, and Europe as a whole has been changed permanently from the lack of a major Anatolian power.

But Hunyadi probably wanted to be Bulgarian Tsar and if they win the Battle of Varna, he would probably had enough support in the Balkans to do that.
When is the release?
I love the idea, but, I hope this goes more deep into historical accuracy, and still leading towards some fun, like leaving some possible anexation for Prussia with some of the kingdoms of the HRE ( If it even exists)
why hungary owns galicia? It makes no sense seeing that this region belonged to poland since beofore the battle of varna, also it doesn't make sense that there is poland-lithuania and not the poland-hungary with some degree of influence over lithuania, with would be much more historicqally plausable seeing that battle of varna would be won by king of poland and huingary Wladisalw Varnenian, who was in theory ruling over his brother in lithuania
