you may have to squint to see the difference on the screenshots... decide yourself if its worth the file size.

Install:
copy all "z_JAx4_*.pk3" files to X:/path_to/JediAcademy/GameData/base
only tested with OpenJK

even on SSD it.will.test.your.patience.

Some Textures did not scale up well with the outcast model, consider also using "JKA_Tex_Overhaul_0.3" Moddb.com
load order of pk3 files is alphabetical, rename files so that JKA Tex Overhaul files are below JAx4 files.

Possible issues:
while playing, after reloading several times i got white screens. not sure if its related to this mod, reshade or other things.
restart game will fix it until next white screen. i applied 4gb patch to the OpenJK exe files but i don't think this helps,
got 1 white screen after patching maybe would have gotten more but game was over by then...
maybe there are still some visible texture seams.. fixed a few, feel free to report extreme cases of visible seams.
