A revisitation of the biggest only-man mod ever made for Age of Empires III: TAD. The civilizations are now way more accurate, more details, more 3D models, more eyr-candy, and a new campaign, parcially historical, and partially fictional, where you play as the Republic of Venice first, and the Padanian Federation after, in the context of the Italian wars of the XVI century. Please, take a look at the Image gallery to understand the new features available in the game and how to use them.

Description

Padanians and Papal States, will be able to train Great Cannons from the Factory, instead of Heavy Cannons. They are very similar to L'il Bombards, but have a slightly weaker attack and bonuses, in order to leave the game balanced.

Stradiots, besides being available at the Saloon, can be shipped from the Padanian homecity for amounts of Food, just like the Ottoman Spahis. That's because the Stradiots were actually very special mercenaries for the Republic of Venice, since they were trained in its Albanian colonies.

The Papal States are one step behind other civilizations in technology, that's why they can get factory just from level 10 homecities, and don't have the same artillery units other European civs have. Besides the Culverin, they can train the Spingarde, which actually is the same as the Iroquois Light cannon, but with a different name and design.

Rodeleros are available to Papal players as well, but they are called simply "Swordsmen", and can be upgraded to Espadachins, just like the Spanish Ones.

Hoop Throwers have now a different design, once they are upgraded, and their Royal Guard upgrade is called "Papal Gendarmerie".

The Papal States have a very unique home city card called "Mercenary Way", that makes all your regular units cost only gold. It can be a good strategy, considering that Merchants gather gold faster in the Arengo than settlers do in plantations, and as long as you keep upgrading the Arengo through the Church, gold will be gathered faster and faster.
