As someone who grew up with a great appreciation for my heritage, i'm disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and large absence of Irish history in CK2. So i decided to make this mod to add Historical characters and heroes of Ireland with the traits they are due. The first release will be the Historical High Kings of Ireland. Starting from 846 with Máel Sechnaill (who is the only High King listed in game) to 1318 with Edward Bruce. Any great or nefarious Irishmen of importance that have been left out of the game, let me know, but like i said, i'll be starting on the High Kings and i'll see how i go from there.

Does this mod change the actual setup of CK2 in game? As in, if there was a high king in Ireland in year X but vanilla just has him as a random duke, you guys would make it a king of ireland? Sorry its weird wording.
Yeh a bit :P but i'll try and answer anyway, from what i think you're saying, yes. All the high kings were seemingly already characters in the game, some were dukes, most were just counts, and one held no titles at all. This mod will give them all their proper title of High King of Ireland, and in some cases they will also get a duchy they didn't previously have in vanilla.
