Just finished the demo, great work. I loved the small jumping puzzles, and that sound design was great too. When I got shot shot at I dove to cover rather then vanilla half life 2 where I just blazed through everyone. I see huge potential in this mod, can't wait to play the full version!

For the mod itself, it's beautiful. From the moment I got into it, I felt like I was playing an updated Half Life 2. The animations are world class, the models top notch and the map design. Oh the map design. When I came to the concrete sewer part, I was sold. This is a Half Life map. It's not some cheap way to connect one gunfight to the next, it's a real location with a logical layout and if this is just something you came up with for a demo, then I can't wait to see what kind of locales the full mod will have.
And the gameplay itself was superb. It was just the right mix of challenging and fun. The shooting is very responsive and visceral, in no small part due to the well done sound design and amazing animations. The AI is smart and actually does its best to kill you.
I could go on and on, but I have to end it somewhere. Overall, if you keep this up, I guarantee you'll be responsible for one of the best mods to ever grace this site. Keep at it!

As promised:
So far it's pretty good, I love the vortigaunt enemies. There are some issues however, the vortigaunt particles lack punch, maybe add some electricity spazzing out around the energy balls.
I checked for changes in the weapons and the smg recoil is absurd it's hardly usable I hope you either remove it or tone it down a lot before implementing it to the other weapons, also the AR particles look like ping pong balls, might want to revert to the old ones. Other than that it's a pretty good work in progress, definitely going to keep track of it.
I have installed Source SDK 2013 Singleplayer and when I start the game, the load screen appears briefly and the game ends without any message. For what is this?

The mod doesn't get added to Steam for me. I put it in the sourcemods folder, I have all the Sdk's installed, and when I checked the HEV.2 folder it doesn't even have an exe. file or an application file. It's really strange because when I went to the steamapps folder there wasn't even a sourcemods folder, so I created one but there should have been a sourcemods folder, I have the mod Build 2001 installed so I tried to launch Build 2001 and it just crashed after showing the beginning cutscene, so I tried to browse local files of Build 2001 and it just takes me to the SDK 2013 folder. This is really strange and I'm not sure whats going on in general
