Israeli Defense Force: Fight for Independence is a Total Conversion modification for the PC game Battlefield 2 (A.K.A. BF2). What we aim to achieve with this mod is to immerse the player into the historic wars involving Israel, Syria, Egypt, and Jordan, which are the 6-Day War, the War of Attrition, and the Yom Kippur War. The player will be able to play as a common soldier, crewmember, or pilot in these wars. The mod will feature historically accurate equipment such as the famous Russian AK-47, the fearsome SO-4050 bomber, the menacing IS3 and M48 tanks, and much, much more. Also, the maps will recreate actual battles that happened in these wars, to complete a historically-accurate and immersive modification. IDF:FFI is also a member of the acclaimed cooperative gaming studio Black Sand Studios.
I made a little video of some new content we recently got in game and working. They are still a WIP and we still have more to do, but we wanted to show you are progress. We have a Bofors 40mm l/70, TCM-20 dual 20mm gun, 20mm single and also these guns mounted on a M3 halftrack. We are working on getting more new content in our mod. Its a slow process but worth it because we have a lot of awesome new stuff we want to get in our next release.
the TCM-20 halftrack also normally had a ball mount for an M1919 in the second forward seat, other then that these are fantastic I love the 20mm sound fx. Israeli-weapons.com
Thanks, we will eventually add M1919 mount in the forward seat of the M3. I always wondered how they aimed that gun. Is there a little slot/sight above the gun? We are also working on a M3 mortar carrier, missile carrier and 90mm gun carrier version. It was the workhorse of the IDF.
I honestly have no idea how it's aimed, it could be via that little slot there right above the gun.

it looks like they are just going to use an ingame recticle.
We will come up with some new custom huds, hopefully something thats historically accurate.
