The 'little one'
The 9M14 Malyutka (Russian; little one, NATO reporting name: AT-3 Sagger) is a manual command to line of sight wire-guided anti-tank guided missile system developed in the Soviet Union. It was the first man-portable anti-tank guided missile of the Soviet Union and is probably the most widely produced ATGM of all time.
The first wide spread combat use was by Arab armies during the initial phases of the Yom Kippur War.Later in the war, the Israelis adopted new tactics and learned to neutralize the Sagger threat. In total, Saggers knocked out more than 800 Israeli tanks and other combat vehicles during the war.
The 'big one'
The KSR-2 cruise missile was shown in a previous update. It was a very large early cruise missile, similar to todays cruise missiles. I think in game we will have it be guided to it's target by a co-pilot of the carrier aircraft. Here we have a different view of the missile mounted to it's carrier aircraft. Can anyone guess what the carrier aircraft is?! It is something that we are really excited to try and get into the game. We will have more updates on it as we progress.
im guessing that aircraft is a Tu-16
You guessed it! We will show more of this beast when we make more progress on it.
Is it already out?
