Before this mod manpower was all u needed to win a war. Now you are able to win the war with high tech too. Build yourself a very specialized army in good combination with the strengthened airforce.

I don't see how I can improve сarrier naval bombers. Is it presupposed?
Yes. The carrier naval bombers should in no way replace the naval or the other bombers its only the possibility to start weaker anti air but stronger anti marine planes than the CAGs from the carriers that can also do some taktikal damage if needed. Till now its not possible to improve them.

If you extrakted the HoI3 tfh extension and balancing MOD folder and .mod file into the mod folder of HoI3 tfh it shoulb be listed as a mod in the HoI3 launcher.
how does one install this mod
by dropping the .mod and the second folder with it in **tfh/mods
the second folder means the one with history, common etc
soo.. can you do something about the atrition of doom? i mean Operation Barbarossa.. im having more then enough resources but i still cant destroy the Soviet union.. its really annoying when 80% of my army is out off supplies
It's absolutely neccesary.
It's realistic and forces the player to improvise if they're trying to move too many supply-consuming units without the requisite infrastructure.
My advice is research civil defence a couple times(to repair any damaged infra quickly) and build as much infrastructure as you can before and during the war(in poland as well) and plop it down to creates some highways for the supply to move.
The game developers balanced this part of the game quite well already.
I share the opinion of Inderpreet1147 it´s necessary. I wont change that.
