Looks like you grabbed a Half-Life Source overhaul pack from Gamebanana and slapped it on Half-Life 2.

Heck, this might even be Garry's Mod -_-

You are also very unprofessional about this it seems.
Slapping "xD" all over in your pictures and telling people to subscribe to your Youtube will make people want to stay away.
