Looks good, but Medicine Pills...on dirty floor? I know it's a Doom game with a lot of dirty gore, but this...this doesn't looks like "ok" for something that will raise your health.

Well, these pills aren't exactly health bonuses, though: They are a cure for the infection (which you can get if you bath in infected blood and your armor is not in the best of shapes).

I don't think a stack of dust in your meal or meds will be outrageous in a post-apocalyptic world full of disease, monsters and desolation, years away from the last cozy happy-meal and local pharmacy... Specially if it's of such need.

Description

I started reworking on the items sprites, mostly because they were a mess, both in code and in spriting (they didn't have the same scaling, some were original items, most of them were just placeholders).

Almost every item has some degree of variability (stimpacks, for example, provides between 10 and 15 points of health). Some of these items, like Stimpacks, portable First Aid Kits or Health Drinks (AKA Health bonuses), are also variable in appareance, as depicted in these screenshots.

Some items have special variations, like the Antidote: It comes in both, automatic pickups, and stackable (portable - placed in inventory) versions.

They also have specific sounds for pickup/usage, so they can be even more distinguishable. Most of these sounds are also variable (generally, two sounds to choose per action), so audio may not result kind of tiresome.

Also, some items, like the Medikits (Now known as "First Aid Kits") become portable and put into the inventory if you already have max. amount of health. This is useful if you are already healthy and encounter some of them in difficult places where is specially hard to get back.
