Leader Overhaul Mod reworks each leader to further differentiate each leader from one another, and adds 4 completely new leaders: Sesa 'Refumee's Heretic Faction, the Flood Gravemind, The Grunt Rebellion, and The United Rebel Front.

ODST squads will now have one member with a Rocket Launcher (added in an upgrade). The RPG ability may be changed to a grenade ability because of this
could the RPG ability be updated to give them a Halo 2 SPNKER so it could track in with crit damage?
I like that idea. I think there's already an upgrade that adds tracking for the rocket marines so I could use it there too
