Description
The UNSC Berlin Class Frigate, is a diplomatic vessel commissioned to start peace talks with the Covenant. Despite language and cultural training, most attempts ended in failure. Berlin Frigates were however useful after the fall of the Covenant Empire to foster relations with various alien factions.
