You misunderstand, he isn't crediting O'Donnell for Halo Wars' music, he's saying "I give props to Marty for his music in the Halo FPS's, but Halo Wars is my favorite."
I would have preferred it to be shot at a high frame rate then slowed down so the ships moved a bit slower and we would get to experience the music and ships for a bit longer. But, hey, just my two cents.
