The Forerunners are masters of massive astroengineering, from Ringworlds to Dyson Spheres, their technological achievements aren't even bound to the laws the universe as they can move and build stars and planets at will!
This is a visulization of this process, these massive towers bringing the materials and creating the conditions for star birth are nothing short of awe inspiring.
