It looks cartoonish because it looks like it's cel-shaded. Totally not model's fault but rather it's HW2 engine itself that makes it appear like that.

yes i am a halo fan :) .. dunno .. it just seems so to me .. so sorry abt this ... we have our own opinions and this is mine .. so pls don't be angered by this .. don't get me wrong .. i like the model i really do .. but it seems cartoonish

ok I'm not angry I think you're right it is the opinion of each person, and my opinion is that it is awesome and realistic i just wanna see a fleet of UNSC frigates exploding in front of a covenant super carrier. UNCS fleet lost(exploding)= me :D

PD:i dont hate UNCS i just like fleets fight with all their strength and die doing a lot of fireworks =)

Also helps to dive in and figure it out on your own. I've played almost all of the HW2 mods released at some point, changed em around, figured out how to make em different, once you've done that for awhile, you get used to the ins and outs of modding.

Description

Nothing is too big to be normal mapped! We've found out how to do big mesh objects properly (not that you'll see much of them), and wanted to share our joy with the fixed Orthrus Destroyer.

In case you're out of the loop, we couldn't get the ship bump/normal mapped correctly due to its high poly count.
