This is the first time I made a texture from scratch Hope you guys like it :).
look great the only thing that makes it look a little off is the rusty color.
sorry and I dont want to be offensive but ... this texture is horrible really it looks like this tank dropped into a pit full of acid and then it rusted 3 years in a small garage. I'm actually modelling and texturing by myself and I hope this is the texture you use for later improving - also its very low quality but this will sure be changed later. it also looks like you used the sharpen tool to much theres too much contrast and too many spots that use normal map what makes the texture look retarted - I m just saying what im thinking and im sure you want tipps for texturing as you never created some from scratch before. my tip dont give it this rusty look and change the green into a brown or olive-green ;)
Personally, would like to see the Scorpion done in Black, or Dark Grey.

Looks good, but maybe a bit too much noise? Also, you forgot to add dirt to the front treads. It's on the top of it, but not on the front/sides like on the back.
thanks for pointing that out will edit the texture later, with the noise part are you talking about bevel on the model ?
No no, noise as in the texture is really grainy and rough and not really smooth like a camo paint job would be. The scratches look good, but the overall paintjob is really rough and edgy.
Need new undies. My two fave games becoming one.

that looks like my original scorpion texture... it even has the fake darkened spot for the turret.. whats going on here? i mean, it even has my crappy sharpen/brighten modifications!!
