Nihilanth's death stopped any future alien attack on Earth. But after some time, there raised something more evil. It was called Mother of Headcrabs. This monster started creating more powerful headcrabs, than anyone could imagine. There was a lot of varieties and different specialities. They were true warriors, really strong enemies.
In the meantime, people started massive flying to space and creating new collonies, but they forgot the great danger, which waited silently on XEN. There was actually built space station OXYGENIUM, where aliens were studied.
About iniciator of next conflicts was a lot discussions and people blamed aliens, but it was'nt so simple. There was one missing headcrab, which have been found on Earth, so aliens attacked, because of thinking, that he is prisoner. The first wave affected OXYGENIUM. At this station, there was one person, which could use weapons, because of millitary training. It was Jennifer, unknowing Freeman's doughter.
This story is a mystery, the legend, because noone knows details. It was maybe destiny, that she stayed there, but it changes nothing about what happened next. But i can't continue, now you have to find it out.

I just played The Real 1 and I'm on the outdoor area with some helicopters with the big turret and the missile launcher, but I think that I don't have to play the entire mod. I didn't find the headcrabs hard because you can shoot them in their legs without any risk and their location is repetitive (inside boxes, corners or behind something breakable), except for the grunts in a part were there were 500 milion grunts behind a wall and I didn't have enough explosives so I had to run to the staircase and do peekabo with the pistol. But after I went outdoors I found 2 turrets and 2 missile launchers and a building, so I went to hide there but there were mines behind the door and I had to switch to the gauss to shoot them thru the wall. I think it's impossible if you don't know how to bunny hop and that the gauss can wallbang. After that you fall to a big outdoor area with an overpowered missile launcher and turret, two helicopters and grunts. You can't run to the ramp and then to the next part because you will get destroyed, so you have to do a speedrun thing (grenade boost), it consists in jumping and then use the mp5 or m4 grenade launcher to jump higher. The mp5 or m4 grenade launcher is op so you will die but if you are lucky you will get boosted up and don't run behind the turret because the missiles still can reach you so do a strafe to the next part and pray so you don't get shot by the grunts. Idk if the missile launcher can't kill you becuase I did what you didn't have to and I have to restart from an autosave. And for the invisible monsters part, just throw explosives and shot everything until everything looks cleared.
Does anyone have any advise about the “final battle” in the training course for this mod? This is crazy!!

God damn, that was hard.
In that level with 2 alien grunts at the end to the other door... why are all the monsters invisible? When i get out where the gonome and 2 blue vorgitaungts they turn visible again.. (Mostly entities don't appear...) Is it a bug or is it meant to be like that?
HLBG is now 2nd on my list of the best half life mods... because this one just kicked in! 9/10 bro, more maps and more types of headcrabs would make this mod a real game.

This mod was too easy. I don't have a clue what the above votes are about. I mean sure I died like 6 times, but I ended up 'somewhat' beating the game pretty damn easily.
