Years have passed since the Black Mesa incident. Since then, things have gone to hell. People are being killed by the millions by a force beyond our comprehension, the world is in absolute chaos, destruction washes over like a roaring sea of agony, and the human race is closing on it's demise. Absolute doom is inevitable, and all hope is lost. But none of that matters, because you've been awoken from your slumber, and you're REALLY pissed about it.

the actual model is pretty much where it's gonna be at launch, but the animations and materials are gonna change, they're placeholders.
This is sick AF. I hope it's super loud in-game compared to everything else to sell how powerful this weapon is.
it doesn't come through as well in the video, but in game, the sound punches HARD, as you said, it really sells how powerful this gun is.
Great progress! I don't mind the sound, it's weird and creepy and recognizable, I would **** my pants if I heard this high pitched noise around the corner knowing someone just got disintegrated.
