Very nice.. Eventually extend one of the corridors. Round it up and add some benches in said area as some sort of resting area for employees. Add 1 or 2 snack machines next to that and suddenly this crossroad area won't look so repetitive and simple anymore...

Also expand upon the cliffs.. Vertical cliffs are not good.. The hills also need to shift in their height on the top side brushes some being larger and some smaller...
