A więc wojna! Granice Księstwa Juckiego zostały przekroczone przez carskie wojska. Mimo zdecydowanego oporu wojowników Kniazia Zełenskiego, najeźdźcy poruszają się naprzód, w ciągu kilku dni ogarniając wojenną pożogą większość terytorium Księstwa oraz odcinając komunikację między większymi ośrodkami, które nadal pozostają niezdobyte. W chwili obecnej obie strony przygotowują się do decydującego starcia, mającego lada dzień rozegrać się pod murami stołecznego Żemijowska. Tymczasem zachodnia część kraju zalewana są kolejnymi falami uchodźców uciekających przed wojną. Mimo ofiarnej pomocy wolontariuszy i kapłanów z krajów ościennych, sytuacja cywilów jest niezwykle trudna. A stanie się jeszcze trudniejszą, jeśli zbrodnie wojenne żołdaków Wladymira nie zostaną powstrzymane...
