Description
The Goat Riders are the new mounted units for the dwarves of the Iron Hills. They can be upgraded with heavy armor for the goats, so they are more resistant against other units like pikemen.
I took a lot of inspiration from the goat riders of the Hobbit: Battle of the five Armies movie, which I personally really like :)
Interesting concept. Did you create entirely new animations or used already existing ones ? 😃
No, I used existing animations from the Rohirrim, but I was thinking about making a new running animation suitable for the goats. Right now I have a lot of work to do with the Khand Cavalry. ;)

So, will the other 2 dwarven realms use goats or will they get different animals like boars perhaps ?
They will only use goats variations (the three realm will own different goats), maybe later we will bring some changes but not for the moment, this would be too much work for a small detail.

For now we will keep them unchanged ;) Maybe we have an idea about them in the future.
The look reminds me of Third Age Reforged new rams though. So, since all will share the ram mount and currently IH is providing extra armor, i assume that EL will focus on mobility and speed while Erebor on attack. Or I am wrong ? 😃
