Creates personality differences between the factions and introduces variations of them within factions for Commanders and sub-commanders. Sub-commanders are better at handling their eco. Overhauls the difficulty settings to provide more variety along with greater challenge at the higher settings.

  • Queller no longer modifies its teching time in accordance with the econ rate modifier
  • Meta penchant reflects changes to meta
  • Updated faction tooltip to reflect Cluster being unable to build Angels and Colonels
  • Queller AI updated to v5.20.0

Fixed

  • Base game error where Intelligence Fabrication Tech didn't reduce its chance of being dealt in larger galaxies
  • Intelligence Fabrication Tech tooltip displaying the wrong units (thanks to Lula Mae for the report)
