Creates personality differences between the factions and introduces variations of them within factions for Commanders and sub-commanders. Sub-commanders are better at handling their eco. Overhauls the difficulty settings to provide more variety along with greater challenge at the higher settings.

  • Planetary Intelligence now shows the number of commanders in a shared army configuration
  • Threat levels now factor in the size of armies with multiple commanders
