Since the 2020 Retail launch the 2011 release was renamed to: G STRING - BETA and in the future the G STRING - ULTIMATE EDITION is coming. Also don't be confused about the "Developer: LunchHouse Software" part. This is the G String Beta you are looking for, the one made by Eyaura. The display was changed because LunchHouse helped me a lot in publishing the game and this will help us both in promoting our work. Which reminds me: they're making PUNT! Go check it out! Since there is no way to list this on MODDB like on Steam (Developer: Eyaura, Publisher: LunchHouse Software) this is the best solution. Thanks and have fun!

Description

I know guys it's not easy to wait. For me it is harder.

Knowing what I know now about game development, if I had started anywhere in the past decade I probably would have chosen the more walked path and would have picked something much smaller for my first release.

But this thing kind of developed over the years and by the time I realized how big it is and how long it takes it was too late to make great changes. Only way I could have finished a few years ago was to cut out a lot of things or go episodic which I did not want to do. Basically any move I would have made to shorten development time would have damaged the final product.

I don't know much, if you'll like it or not, but one thing is for sure this is the absolute best I could do with the means and time I had. I didn't cop out to throw it out quicker and I am also not sitting on a trust fund so you can imagine each added month/year meant more hardship for me as well.

Essentially I am under self imposed lockdown for over a decade lol, other devs/mappers know exactly what I'm talking about. ;)

But G String is done and I am fairly happy with it, nothing is perfect but it's as good as I can make it now. All I ask is a tiny bit more patience and hopefully it'll be out very very soon.
