FOnline 3 mod for Fallout 2

Patch brings significant changes and additions to the game, enhancing gameplay mechanics and introducing new content for players to explore. Here's a summary of the key features and updates:
- Introduced new powerful Relic implants such as the Omni-Core Implant, Warlord Enhancement, Aegis Amplifier, Annihilator Matrix, Swiftstrike Augmentation, and Shadow Veil Implant, each offering distinct advantages in combat and exploration.
- Added a new late-game dungeon, Vault X, with specific enemy visibility mechanics and oxygen requirements for survival.
- Another new late-game dungeon, Lost Hill, is introduced, Players must sacrifice characters to access elevators and navigate through floors with increasing radiation hazards and powerful enemies.

Patch 4.5.6 enriches the gaming experience with new challenges, strategic choices, and rewards, encouraging players to delve deeper into the game's immersive world.

Relic Implants

• Can be installed only 1 in character
• Dying not in events drops relic implant vs players(20% chance) or vs NPC(10% chance)
• The installation of the Relic Implant will be simpler than regular implants; just use the item.
• To uninstall it, use the command ~relic.
• If a player loses their relic implant, there will be a global message indicating who killed them and which implant they lost.
• The abbreviation of the implant name will be displayed next to the character class when hovering over it with the mouse.

Omni-Core Implant
- +1 S.P.E.C.I.A.L point from every source
- +5 S.P.E.C.I.A.L implant limit
Warlord Enhancement
- +50% to all base combat implants stats
- +2 Combat implant limit
Aegis Amplifier
- +5% Damage Resistance Cap
- +1 Damage Threshold from every source
- Increase DT cap by 100%
Annihilator Matrix
- Penetrate 50% Damage Reduction from targets
- Penetrate 30% Damage Resistance from targets
- Penetrate 30% Damage Threshold from targets
Swiftstrike Augmentation
- -1 AP cost
- 50% faster attacks
- +20% AP Regen
Shadow Veil Implant
- +200 Stealth
- +3 Ghost Range
- +50 Stealth on Ghost Effect
- Sensor Immune

Vault X:

• Vault X, located outside, will be an open dungeon with tier 2 lockers.
• To open it, you need a Red Coc badge for 1-hour access with a global timer.
• Enemies include nightkins super mutants, which are only visible from 3 hexes away.
• Level 1 features an access terminal and tier 1 lockers.
• Inside, there is no breathable air, so players need Oxygen Tanks equipped in the second-hand slot. Without them, characters will die within 10 seconds.
• On Level 2, Oxygen Tanks in the second slot are still required. Tier 2 lockers are present here.
• Level 3 also requires oxygen, and there are tier 3 lockers.

• The boss room is on the last floor, visible from 1 hex, and the boss teleports after being hit.
• On Level 4, there's a boss fight. After defeating the boss, everyone inside loses their oxygen tanks but can breathe for 30 minutes without them. Special Vault X lockers and tier 4 lockers are available here.
• The reward room is after the boss fight, with an exit to the world map.
• The chance for rare gear in rewards scales with game patches. Extra loot includes:

- Wattz Fusion Cores,
- Fingerprint Locks,
- V13 Keycards,
- Old Tribes Keys,
- Med Tec Antidotes,
- Hotwizer Shells,
- Upgrade parts MK.III,
- Numerous tier 3 blueprints, Cat Paws books, currency

Lost Hill:

• To open it, access and security cards are required.
• Every elevator requires sacrificing one player, who will be killed and unable to be revived by a paramedic (this must be done three times).
• The elevator opens for only 2 minutes.
• Each floor debuffs you by 3% max radiation resistance (-15% on the last floor),
• You become increasingly radiated inside.
• Enemies are power-armored cultists, attacking them puts a heresy status on the player.
• The boss stays at a distance of 30 hexes (players can't go closer).
• After defeating the boss, there's a reward room and an exit to the world map.
• The chance for rare gear in rewards scales with game patches. Extra loot includes:

- Tier 4 cannibal drugs: Human Guts, Perfect Head, Royal Blood,
- 5% chance for a Real Cookie or a 95% chance for a monument chunk,
- Tons of Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cannibal Drugs.

Addictional changes:

• Supporters tier 1+ can buy reroll in advance( same cost as regular reroll )
• Added a feature: when you use a SPECIAL or combat implant, it will prompt you that installation requires either 100,000 local currency or an implant token. You can then visit a doctor in San Francisco or NCR. If you're supporting the game, you can install it yourself once you have the implant token.
