FRRE: The First Man in Rome mod for Rome: Total War

The First Man in Rome, or simply FMIR, begins in 107 BC, the Roman Republic is in a political crisis, between the two factions, Opitmares and Popularis, it is a matter of time before these two factions face each other between itself the other, in the figures of Marius and Sulla. After Marius' reforms, the Roman army became the largest and most powerful war machine the world has ever seen. After the reforms, the legions became loyal to their generals, opposing the Senate and the Roman State, thus allowing such power to be given to their commanders, reaching a point where they themselves would march against the Eternal City.

*This mod was designed by the FRRE team, which made the mod set, 58BC Caesar Imperator, 77BC Twilight of Republic and The First Triumvirate. The work to make the FMIR started in 2009 and was until 2012 until its developers disappeared, leaving the mod incomplete, although much of it is completed, but not finalized, thus remaining in beta.
