This mod is an expansion to the old 2012 mod called Festung Breslau. Originally based on the eastern front of WW2 with Poland, Germany and Russia the mod has been expanded and placed at a later date. The US has joined the war and Japan is joining soon. Besides the US another faction has entered thus replacing the polish partisans. The Escaped POWs containing polish, French, English and American soldiers can be used as their own faction. The german AI has also been replaced by zombies. When fighting the zombies I would suggest playing as the escaped POWs to make it more difficult.

Well, it has been about a year since the release of the revival and Just a couple weeks ago I found the spare time to start work again. I plan on incorporating a Japanese faction into the game along with other fixes. Within the next few days, I will release a mini patch that will give players a sneak peak into what is to come in the future. The reason I will be releasing the mini patch instead of holding off until the full patch is done is that I am about to be really busy again and I am not sure when I will be able to completely finish the patch. I will be attaching screenshots and possibly a video to this article prior to the patch release. I am also trying to make a Guadalcanal or Iwa Jima map prior to the mini patch release so if anyone who would like to help me with that please contact me because I could use the help. In fact, if anyone wants to make any other map for the mod please feel free to download the current version and they send me the maps (especially if anyone wants to fix the urban maps).

Why Polish from small letter?
Well, Im moving at the moment and I went away for a week and when I came back i found that my brother had packed my PC and shipped it....so the patch will come out in about a month or 2. Soon after that another WW2 mod will be released. It will not have tanks but it will run a lot smoother and be capable of many more things, such as ships, mortars, mine fields, constructive fortifications, better weapons, toxic gas and possibly planes.
