Description
This was a massive PITA. Had to alter the color of each specific sign in the OA_streetsigns.xml
It's a real shame the "use roadsign highlight" entry in the config xml does nothing.

Yeah... it is misspelled as "UseRoadSignHilight", but "UseRoadSignHighlight" does nothing just the same.
