Nasreen concept.
Oh! You cannot add the females in the character roaster, you have to replace the existing ones. That's is unfortunate.
I'm holding out hope that I'll figure out how to just add characters one day, but for now this is the only way (originally found out by mod DB user Skibbo).
Everything I've tried so far to just add the women causes the game to freak out. In vanilla the three women always appear, so the game doesn't know what to do without them.
