Fallout: New California adds an all new story around a new player character, an adopted resident of Vault 18, embarking on a journey through the wastelands of the New California Republic's Cajon Pass. An unofficial prequel to New Vegas, FPB adds hours of new gameplay and a fully voiced stand alone campaign.
Brandan Lee - Early Preview of what we're looking at for the 2nd Installment in the wasteland.
Now THIS is how bethesda/obsidian shouldve made it!
Now if i hadn't made such a mess of my installed mods, i'd pop this game right back in and play it again and again :d
Just fix it, boobs. Boobs can fix anything.
10 Gb of 3/NV mods? :3
Now that's overkill. :p Project Navada, Project Reality, Mission Mojave, oHUD, and WMX are the mods I run. NVSE and GECK Powerup also, and FNVEdit are my tool sets. ^^
After that everything else is too much fluff.
Which shader/ ENB settings and such are being used in these?
Amazing work, by the way :)
In this one, nothing. That's vanilla New Vegas + Project Brazil. Freddie fixed the weather that was shipped with the game and implemented a lot of the changes we could tell Obsidian was trying to do, but Gambryo fought back. Like, for this shot, I can only get this image space modifier to work for evening and morning. Noon destroys it. My solution so far has just been to make noon 2 seconds long and expand dawn/dusk to all day. That makes the world a gold colour all day, like this, with a blue sky. In the version we shipped the sky is still that frustrating red and the distant horizon is stark white.
If we had source code, we could do more, but until then, this is where we're capped. I hate using that excuse, but we're a mod, not a full dev team. ;)
Oh? My mistake...it's the same case for the rest of the screenshots then, I assume? The "User Screenshots" title just made me jump to the conclusion that they were taken by someone using some lovely shaders, since many of the screens on the Nexus and elsewhere these days use them.
Beautiful nonetheless :)
BenBenBen's are using Blackout, but this one is mine. :D ModDb just rearranged them on upload.
This isn't out yet is it ? (2° installment)
The story campaign is not, no, but you can explore the wasteland in a near finished state.
