Welcome to Explorer, a modification for Fallout: New Vegass that aim to expand the original game with a lot of new areas, items, weapons, quests and much more. As the name suggest the mod is focused on exploring discovering new places that are not tied with the main quest.

Lol yeah is a bit unrealistic, but who cares? :D. For new ammo type still didn't plan anything, but I will see in the future.

Yes, not like the fast travel but with a trick. Example:

If enemies around show message of not using kit
else use kit

Still have to tweak it but it seems to work for now.

60 caps is a "bit" cheap for a rare item. and a weight of 2 is a "bit" light for something that can recharge microfusion cells and make explosives.

Has this ever happened to anyone?

Sells all junk and lots useless guns and some ammo, then trys to hunt death claws then forgets he/she has left his/her best rifle at home then gets nombed by deathclaws

That happend to me twice now I can keep my useless Items and make them useful :D

Description

The Tool Kit is basicly a portable workbench. It works as any other items like Stimpacks, Repair Kit etc... with the difference that this one will bring up the Workbench menu, where you can craft new weapons or build new type of ammo.

This item will be rare to find, but it can be bought on vendors for 60 caps, just be carefull when carrying it as it takes 2 points of weight.

This item may be usefull if you are in a cave for example and you are out of ammo, so you bring out the Tool Kit, craft new ammo and continue the exploring.
