Description

A terrifying storm rises out of Tatooine as A’Sharad Hett joins the Republic Hardliner roster!

[Featuring a full voice-over implementation of 75+ lines!]

Despite being a planet used to suffering for millennia, life continued to worsen for its people after the rise of the Empire. Their repression caused the constant low-intensity conflict between the indigenous Tusken peoples and the colonist settlers to explode into open genocide. Behind the assembled clans’ decisions is the hand of a dark warrior known as Krayt. His war of vengeance spreads forth into the galaxy like an unquenchable fire, led by fanatical legions from the Dune Sea.

While aligning with the Republic Hardliners is politically expedient for pursing his goals, it’s an alliance of convenience at best. Will the Hardliners make a deal with the devil for short term gains?

A’Sharad Hett functions as a wallbreaker within the submod, able to mark individual ships for death (via his “Sith Intimidation” ability) and tear them apart. This can be rapidly accomplished with the overwhelming power of his bow-mounted Super Heavy Proton Torpedoes.

The Voiceover in particular was a blast to put in due to using a personal favorite character as a source- Joshua Graham from Fallout New Vegas. All of it was edited for content where applicable, but it really nails the feeling of this character and helps the unit feel very distinct.
