You aren't selling anything. The worst they'd do is say pull it down. And I doubt that will even happen because as I mentioned, you aren't selling anything, it's just a free mod. They're pretty chill about that stuff usually from my experience.

Yes, as long as the mod you are using does not already replace any DOOM track.

Yes, it will replace the midis, it depends of the mod loading order

The tracks from the Wolfenstein Levels are Reich Between the Eyes and Der Zerstorer both from Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus

Thanks a lot, much needed improvement. Some may love the original music, but I can't stand it after a couple of minutes.
The sound of the music sounds very tinny and compressed. The reason for that is because it was exported to 192kbps (MP3). Have you ever tried replacing the current tracks with higher quality versions, or do you need help to find proper sources for that?
If you can give me some high quality tracks i'll be happy.
Btw i just used y2mate to get the music so...
Well, I have a better converter to recommend then: ytmp3. There are others that convert to 320kbps, just as a heads up. I am quite busy as of lately, so I can't do it myself. Sorry.

Because it contains the OST in a compaible file format to what the engine can output, obviously.
