A weapon mod for the original Doom games that attempts to faithfully recreate the weapons, items, combat mechanics, and upgrade systems of DOOM (2016) using GZDoom. Compatible with most monster packs and mapsets.
Easily the best Doom 2016 mod there is. The attention to detail in recreating Doom 2016 mechanics is second to none, and with a monster mod on top of it, it feels perfectly like a Doom 2016 demake. Amazing work.

It is an amazing mod, but it has its flaws: I think the stagger of the demons make the game too easy. The runes/enhancements interface is a bit crude (need be more clear and colorful). The noise of some things like the powerups, mechanisms or enemies, mess the music too much. And some weapon modifications do not work fine with the "freelook" mode disabled.
However, despite all these flaws, this mod is FUN, and aesthetically impressive. The sprite design and effects are just beautiful, and the feeling of the shoots is very powerful.
If you want to rip and tear without worries, I think you're going to love it.
This is very impressive! There are a lot of doom2016 gameplay mods similar to this, but what is most appealing is how accurately this mod adheres to the 2016's mechanics. Also, this games plays surprisingly well with BD's monsters only mod, with one or two miner hiccups its still very playable. Great work here! with this just being the initial release, I can say this might end up being one of the best doom2016 mods ever!
I really like this mod and all of the features that it adds. There is a problem for this mod though: the weapon balancing. Most of the weapons are way too op, and maps are very easy. I suggest nerfimg all of the weapons, as most of the enemy encounters are too easy.

Really good mod, all of the elements from Doom 2016 are very well implemented in this mod, and most importantly it's really fun, I had a blast playing it!
