Proving to all that the Rebel Alliance was a force to be reckoned with, the MC80 Liberty-class Star Cruiser was a 1,200 meter capital ship with a crew of 5,400 men.
It's armament consisted of four Ayradyne MP-26 Heavy Turbolaser Cannon batteries, two Borstel NK-7 Ion Cannon batteries. A unique feature of the MC80 Liberty-class Star Cruiser was that it's shielding equipment could not be directly targeted due to the unique internal layout of each capital ship.
Advanced nuclear fusion engines could be activated in combat to assist in firepower and shielding, giving this vessel astonishing firepower for a short time.
