It was a pain to try to figure out how this ship looks from all thos low res images on the web.
Only one Image was quite nice :)
I watched those amateure videos on youtube to figure out the geometry ^^
Look amazing!! However I definitely prefer the KOTOR and TOR Hammerheads it's a damn shame they weren't brought back into cannon. But your model looks just like the one in rebels and rouge one. There's no flaws in this model!
Oops only just realized that there's a difference between the rouge one model and the rebels model. Any way that an amazing rouge one hammerhead corvette you've made!

I actually prefer this variant to the old republic one because it looks beefier but the movie version looks amazing. Very nice model it catches the movie variant very well. Movie one looks better than the Rebels version though they are actually the same model just obviously enhanced up for the movie and they added the extra laser turrets too.
I would take either of the kotor or tor hammerhead class ships over the new ones any day they were much better looking and, unlike the new hammerheads, were some of the best starships of their time.
Thranta is my favorite of the hammerhead designs but never have been a fan of the hammer head frigate itself. Seems kind of small and skinny for a frontline cruiser and the front blade looks too thin for all the weapons mounted on it. This has a similar looking front to the Thranta which is kind of why I think I like it but the Thrantas engine cluster looks cooler. The Movie version looks a lot better than the rebels version of this ship.
I do enjoy the corvette idea for the design, rather than massive capital ship. very nice model

I don't get why people hate this design so much. "The ships were inspired by a design that dated back centuries."
It just looks like a bad copy of a beautiful ship.

It's a terrible rip-off of an elegant design.
I don't like that Disney cancelled all work on legends, but you guys don't have to beat up everything Disney does. I wasn't quite a fan of the original hammerhead, but these look beautiful. while I am still mad at Disney, I won't hold that against what they make if it is good content(TFA, Your fired)
Especially the Artists who create new ship (old) designs dont have anything to do with the Disney Policy :/
Beat everything Disney does? DarthRevansRevenge I was the one who called from day one that Disney buying Star Wars was the best thing that's happened to that franchise in a long time, that it would save it from the indignation of stagnation.
I held the line of reason and logic against idiots who were shouting mindless mantras such as "BRUH DISNEY SUKKSSS DEY FUKT MAH CANON!" and "OMFG DEY WELL HAVE MOUSE IN NEW MOVIE, NEW MOVIE MUST SUCK WHEN IT COMS MAN!".
Do not accuse me of Disney bashing when the entire star wars community was losing all sense and reason while I stood by trying to make decent arguments and nuance other peoples ********.
If you cannot seperate Disney bashing from me disliking the abhorrent redesign of a very iconic starship then me explaining to you that it would be the same as if they would redesign the ISD into some junkyard starfrigate would be a waste of time.

that doesn't change the fact that you are tearing apart a perfectly good model JUST because it doesn't look like the original. and, since you are the guy who yelled at me, here's 2 things for you.
1. please control your temper. we should be courteous here. it takes away from doing anything if it dissolves into a yelling/spit fest.
2. as this is Disney's take on Star Wars, they can recreate the universe as the wish. thus, taking a concept, and turning it into something new. we don't have to destroy it just because it is not the original.
so, again, i'm sorry for what i said, but please don't explode everytime someone says something that isn't true to you. and, for the record, i have seen plenty of Disney bashing

Since J released the Kotor ships I´m able to add in the Leviathan and the old Hammerhead as well.
They could be buildable in some sort of a scrapyard building because they are old on obsolete.
You shouldn't. The ships are three thousand years old. No need to add them just to please the players.
