They are absolutely positively awesome.
But couldn't they get spears instead of swords? Or at least axes?
The spear could be added only to the battalion, the lone scout would keep a sword or axe.
Well inthe Movie you can see the Ram Riders using mainly Swords and Spears and some even used Mattocks,but I am fine with the Swords!But if the Fans wanted I have suggested on MU for the Riders to get Spears while the Captain/Scout Rider to use a Mattock to disnguish himself from the Ordinarry Soldiers! :)

Still they are unique in fact using both the sword and the goat will make the enemies think twice before engaging them in combat :D :D
But I still think that the Ram Armor could use some Edain Touch and Re=Work though!But that aside they are AWESOME...I am gonna trample so many Woodland Fairies :D :D

Edain Mod... eh.. Guys, this is beutiful. i was just so lucky finding my favorit game that i belived was lost and forgoten, (atleast by me) that was rly good but had so much potentional! and now (or for a long time i see now:p) beeing moded :D And with a passion for detail and beeing tru to the books AND the films to make the best playable version aboute it.. you have don a fantastic job so far i must say!
also i see that you take suggestions from the fans, that is so nice, i woud love to help reporting bugs and making suggestions to stuff :)
just have to say that the first thing i was hoping for was this guys to be in the game, the ram riders! and by durin they was :o never had what i beleve was a nerd chill before, but it was nice.. anyways, love the looks of them but the feel they are so big and clumsy, getting "hooked" easily, is to slow to gather up and go when they are nocked oute of formation and such. woud it have been posible to make the groops to one row insted of 2, and maby give them a better nockback impackt to make up for the lost of the one row or somthing? =)
Ps. sorry for the language im norwegian and cant wirght norwegian properly, but red it as you woud say it and i ho you understand the content of it :)
have to agree with kazija93, Thorin, Fili, Kili, Dwalin have the potentional to have goats to ride, even Balin having a wagon with room for a dwarf or 2, think this maby a posebility in the future? =)
Daniric. Yes, I agree. I also liked the passive effect of Thorin's first spell in previous Edain mod. There Fili and Kili apeared when Thorin's health is low and aided him. That could be added if Kili and Fili aren't summoned already. But the main thing is mount, every king in the game should have it, and we all loved it in the movie. If the Team worries about neaded space in the heroes palantir they could do the same thing as Morgul lord in his BOTTA mod. One palantir for passive spells like leadership and specific characteristic of hero, and one for active. It is very easy to manage since you don't realy use second passive palantir, but you gett much more space for new active spells for specific heroes. In this case, it could be Thorin's mount, as well as Fili and Kili, passive effect if those two are not summoned. Oakenshild can be passive spell giving armor, and so on. But mount would be very much apriciated. Team, please think about it, and about pasive palantirs if it suits you.
Not a fan of Dwarves riding any animals, since they just wouldn't do that. But the design looks really nice, i like it!
