Dragon Age: Total War is a currently unreleased Dragon Age-themed total conversion mod for Medieval 2 Total War: Kingdoms. The mod features 23 unique factions throughout various locations across the continent of Thedas each featuring unique unit rosters, faction mechanics, scripts, campaign conditions, gameplay styles, characters, and much more. Dragon Age: Total war aims to provide a distinct and meticulously lore-friendly yet highly familiar insight into BioWare's world of Thedas, all the while expanding further on the lore of Thedas and exploring areas previously unseen in any form of Dragon Age media. All rights to Dragon Age belong to EA and it's subsidiary studio, BioWare.
While many of them are young men and sometimes, young women, Templar-Recruits, the lowest of the hierarchy of the Order are still a force to be reckoned with, for the process of becoming a full Templar-Knight is ardous and trying, and only the strongest recruits will survive. Thrown into brutal trials of combat and faith by Knight-Commanders seeking to weed out the weak, Templar-Recruits will fight desperately to appease their commanders and to not fail the Maker in their soon-to-be duties as a Templar. Armed with steel shields bearing the insignia of the Templar Order, and iron longswords, Templar-Recruits make up a large part of a Templar army on Exalted March or in battle against Apostates and their foolish allies.
I love their helmets there so badass.

I know it fits to lore but in my mind the term "Exalted March" in my mind just brings up bunch of pretty boys in flashy gold army in a parade with flowers falling down all around whereas Crusade just has that age old flavor sunk in of "DESTROY THE HERETICS" just quite right.
That description of an Exalted March pretty much sums up Orlesian, Starkhaven, and Antivan troops on it, haha.
