It is the Righteous Zeal effect - the feature of this faction, described in 4ed codex. So, as a BT commander, you must a be aware of it and plan your fight more carefully, also you should learn how to avoid that "lose control" effect - it is possible )))

Man, that "lose control" during Righteous Zeal (RZ) is the Codex feature of BT (In accordance with the 4 edition codex).
I'm not the person who rid off an iconic things for reasons of usability or for indulging players. That is not "press X to win" mod after all. ;)
From the gameplay perspective, BT have benefits in melee during RZ: enchanced regeneration and damage resistance, so that is balanced by "losing control".
