Looking great; are they mercs only or recruitable by any faction(s)?

Always recruitable for the Seheronian tribes, but the Tal-Vashoth go to quite a few different places to sell themselves such as the Free Marches, Antiva, and even parts of Ferelden, so they'll have some limited mercenary availability in those regions.

I have a question the darkspawn will be like an invasion event like the Mongols an timirids or faction cause i think they will be more epic preparing for a blight large stacks of dark spawn appearing threatening all thedas like the Mongols an timirids. Also, these bad boys are epic i can't wait to fight them.

I see no reason why the Ben-Hassrath Marksmen can't be hornless. Of course then you have Sten as the Arishok later in the game.

Description

The Tal-Vashoth, or "True Grey Ones" as they are known to the Qunari, are former Qunari who have left the path of the Qun and have escaped the rest of Qunari society by choice or necessity. The Tal-Vashoth are constantly hunted by the Qunari, who seeks to forcibly return them to the Path of the Qun, and as such many Tal-Vashoth will seek to travel far away from Par Vollen, become mercenaries, corsairs, or simple raiders hiding in the jungles of Seheron. Most Tal-Vashoth on Seheron are Kossith and former soldiers of the Antaam, and in recent times, the rallying cries of the tribal warlords of Seheron have drawn these hardy and strong brutes to their cause, mostly for the sake of coin, but in some cases, to strike back against the Qunari who ruthlessly seek them out, or the Tevinters who wish to take them away as slaves. With large swords, maces, and shields, Tal-Vashoth warriors form a powerful shock troop, however, they are very poorly disciplined and and will rarely listen to orders for long once the blood begins to flow in the heat of battle.
