Dragon Age: Total War is a currently unreleased Dragon Age-themed total conversion mod for Medieval 2 Total War: Kingdoms. The mod features 23 unique factions throughout various locations across the continent of Thedas each featuring unique unit rosters, faction mechanics, scripts, campaign conditions, gameplay styles, characters, and much more. Dragon Age: Total war aims to provide a distinct and meticulously lore-friendly yet highly familiar insight into BioWare's world of Thedas, all the while expanding further on the lore of Thedas and exploring areas previously unseen in any form of Dragon Age media. All rights to Dragon Age belong to EA and it's subsidiary studio, BioWare.
Although most hero and custom/unique general and character models will be done last, I decided to do something special for the 10th anniversary of Dragon Age: Origins. Behold Loghain Mac Tir, Hero of River Dane, vaunted and skilled general of Ferelden, and Teryn of Gwaren.
Very nice work but he is the first on my list to die sadly XD

I used to hate him years ago when DAO just came out and I played it multiple times and every time I didn't even consider sparing him, but recently I decided to play it again and gave him a second chance and he's actually an OK guy and I kinda understand his reasons for abandoning the grey wardens.
Though certainly he could have tried harder to dissuade Cailan from having that futile battle in the first place.
I maintain personally that Loghain's only real mistakes were trusting Howe (though he probably didn't fully trust him either), and mistrusting the Grey Wardens. Otherwise, he did what any real leader would in a time of crisis, making the hard choices Cailan would be to set on the glory to make.
Cailan's position as king coupled with his arrogance prevented anything Loghain had to say to him from getting through.
Loghain drag the hole region of ferelden to extinction with his stupid personal vendetta how many lives have died cause this idiot never realize the true threat and look solutions to cover his egoistic ego and desires until the end no mercy for this bastard i still remember that lost kid in lothering looking for his mother.
It is implied by David Gaider that the battle would have been lost even if loghain wouldn't have left the battle
