The DHMP is a DOOM community effort to recreate the original DOOM,DOOM2, and Final DOOM sprites as 3D models, to be used by DOOM engines that can support models.
This is while keeping the same style and feeling of the originals (highly important) that may also have inspiration from the concept sketches and models the id create when making DOOM.

The aim is to create modern, high quality 3d models using modern shading techniques to the highest quality possible.

We are making our models for the Doomsday port, but we are releasing our source creation files so that others can use the models in their source port of choice (depending on the ports graphical ability).

You need the doomsday engine, Dengine.net Once you have that, there's a little plus sign next to the game in the launcher, just add the file there and you should be good to go.

I liked the details like the glowing skull keys, and the shotgun pump animation looks smooth and timed. Keep going this good work. I wish we can use it on GZ

The gloves look well done, and the super shotgun animation is great but it feels too close to the screen when reloading, maybe is the FOV you are using on the vĂdeo? Otherwise, very nice!

I think the models would look a lot better if the textures were made from the sprites themselves because right now it looks like the models are from a mobile game.

they would look like **** if the textures were made from the sprites and the reason why the models look like they are from a mobile game is because the models are using the medium resolution textures and they look great with high resolution textures
