and as you can see even for you this mod doesn't work

What is it that you think doesn't work about this mod? it looks fine to me, 21:9 and 32:9 will apply 16:9 cause that's the recommended one for those in vanilla engine, vanilla engine does not support higher than 16:10.

I believe you can use dhewm3 or Doom 3 - Aspect Ratio - 21.9.7z to fix that
Do you still have the Doom 3 - Aspect Ratio - 21.9.7z file, I can't find it anywhere ?
