Reduced and Removed some cooldowns as follows:

AT 0 FRAMES ATTACKS WORK ON IAS AND FCR
THESE SKILLS GET 1 - frame per HARD POINT
- Magic arrow 5 -> 1
- Inner Sight 10-> 5
- Jab 5 -> 1
- Cold Arrow 10-> 5
- Fire Arrow 10 -> 5
- Lightning Bolt 25-> 15
- Ice Arrow 20 -> 10
- Explosive Arrow 15 -> 10
- Fend 20-> 15
- Venomous Strike 35-> 25
- BoneStrike 30-> 20
- Heatwave 40 -> 30
- Frost Strike 30-> 20
- Storm Strike 25 -> 15
- Thundergods Spark 30 -> 15
- Cold edge from 20-Hard points to 10-(Hard points+ all points/6)

The following now reduce frames per all points instead of hard points
- Frozen armor, Shiver armor, Chilling Armor, Amplify Damage, Barbarian Rage
- Corpse Explosion, life tap, weaken, lower resist, Poison nova, FotH, Intensity,
- Shout, Battle Orders, Battle Command, Demoralizing Cry, Howling Cry, Natural Resistance
Infernal Stride now has double the duration base as well as per level
Inner Sight and Slow Missile have had a HUGE range boost to make it more viable for rangers
-Inner sight has big increase to -Enemy Armor
-Slow missile has big increase to -Enemy Attack Speed
Blessed aim now has new PHY Pierce attribute to help combat Physical Immunity
- increase with LVL on not hard points so gear with higher level auras will have bonus
Skill Raise Skeleton - reduced Crushing Blow and Deadly stike transfer to minions from 10% to 5%
Fiery Weapon Enchant - Big damage boots and unlocked to use +skills
Barbarian tactical skill now has a lower IAS and Stamina loss base and per level penalty
Doubled the Duration of Cold Edge
Lowered starting Mana cost of following skills:
- magic arrow 16 to 6
- fire bolt from 5 to 4 and per level from 2 to 1
- lightning lowered from 16 to 6
- Teeth from 6 to 4
- Bone spear from 28 to 18
- Holy Bolt from 29 to 10
- Blessed Shield from 19 to 9
- FotH from 27 to 19
Gameplay

Pierce stats and - enemy resistance now break immunities
Physical and Magic damage now have a pierce stats that can appear as automods and magical prefixes
Ormus now gives unique ring when completing Gidbin Quest
Increased area levels starting for void dungeons
-slightly increased stats for monsters but should balance still with other changes
- what it will do is to increase the drop rates of all chests and armor/weapon racks (better bases)
Reanimate monsters will now last 2 minutes instead of 1 minute
Mercs Passive skill (which they all have) has increased HP% to make mercs not so squishy while i figure out bleed immunity
- may require you to hire new merc - please test and let me know
The UI for Inventory and Character Screen has been updated - please give feedback
Damage Reduction CAP increased to 85%
Blood Mana curse should no longer render casters useless
Merc Revive cost is now capped at 7000 - now revive them and test out the merc passive increase
Changed SOJ vanilla socket recipe so you can possibly roll 2 sockets (all super uniques in hell have SOJ drop rates)
Added more enchants for Gloves boots and belts - requires Mithril :)
Corrupted Rouges will no longer appear in blood moore - it was a mess for first characters
Monsters

Reduced Poinson Damage for Oblivion Knight in A4 and A5
Lowered monster VENOM skill damage by half to help with overpowering poison in Hell difficulty
Reduced Monster Density in all 3 Uber Levels and Baals Throne Room
Reduced all monster Armor by 5% across all difficulties
Reduced Monster HP at all monsters lvl 75+ (All Hell)
Added delay in Sand maggot egg laying and increased egg hatch time to prevent overflow in A2 Void Dungeon
Reduced Resistances for Enchanted Monsters
-Fire, Cold, Lightning - from 75 to 45
-Mana Burn from 20% magic resistance to 1%
-Stone Skin 50%DR to 15%DR
Overseers have had reduction in Smite level and their Overseer whip and Cry Help skill have been reduced by half
Items

Many new uniques arrows and bolts have been added - one for each element and magical
Many new uniques available for Void Tier Items - as well for new Syntax and Focus items
Runewords now available in Rare items
Rare items are now restricted to two sockets
Rare belts boots and gloves can now only have 1 socket
Many 2 rune runewords have been changed to 3 rune runewords (mostly by adding EL, will adjust later to better runes for bonuses)
All low level runewords are still 2 runes as they don't provide as much benefit so i left them alone
All 1 x 2 equipable items such as daggers and throwing axes have had graphical changes to make them 1 x 3 so they can have 3 sockets for runewords
Socket levels for all items has been adjusted so that they give 3 sockets earlier as two socket items are only for Low levels
many low level weapon runewords now have PMH or open wounds chance
Many new runewords have been created as ENRICHMENT runewords meant to upgrade rares to the next level
Throwing items now have sockets up to the max space they take
new runeword are available for throwing weapons (some ama javelin specific) for all level ranges
- I AM WORKING ON REMOVING THE QUANTITY TO MAKE THESE ITEMS UNLIMITED (SAME WITH ARROWS)
-BUT IT IS NOT HERE YET SO KEEP ORT RUNES AROUND TO NEGATE EXTREME REPAIR COSTS
Update Max level for automods - will see slightly increased roll back rate for automods (mid levels will still be seen on some for high level chars)
Updated Magic Prefixes to adjust arrows getting super overpowered rolls
Reanimate as monster is now a magic automod and can spawn on magic and rare rings and amulets (not just skeles anymore)
Reduced Resistance penalty for iummune breaking aura runes - will only effect newly found ones (sorry)
Smite damage will now show on shields for all classes
Rune words Changes:
- Phoenix no longer Available for Shields
- Shields Have Piety VexVexSurBer - Same as Pheonix but nerfed Dmg% from 350-400 to 175-220
- Fortitude is no longer available on Weapons - now has Glory EldSolDolLo
- Fortitude for Body armor has ED% Reduced from 300 - 175%
- Faith AR% Bonus reduced from 300 - 100
Bug Fixes

Fixed issue with ubers where they weren't dropping anything
Fixed issue where Vanilla Ubers were opening instead of Void Ubers
Removed Meph frost nova in Void dungeon A3 to stop with hard lag caused by ground effect
added delay to Monster blizzard skill used by Meph's posey in A3 void dunegeon for lag reasons
Removed Meph Thunderstorm in Void Dunegon A3 to help with lag issues
Adjusted Frozen Horror Arctic Blast so they shouldnt just stand there and perma cast
Removed Mana display for Enraged heart (as it is a passive)
