Just extract folder from RAR to MODS folder for D2SE and you are good to go.

Open wounds now lasts for 12sec instead of 8 seconds
Characters defence now affects monsters while the character is running - was not so in Vanilla

Rune Drop rates increased all the way up to Umbra Rune (r78)
No drop rates decreased - more enemies will actually drop stuff
All bosses are set to NoDrop=0 so they should always drop something
All magic -> uniq drops increased - will make finding bases for runewords harder [try in cows ;)]
Rotten/Cold Carvers and Shaman and Burning Dead Archers have had slight nerf in HP and damage

Countess has now been fixed

Gambling now has more items in each screen
Gambling rates have been improved in each difficulty
-> All armors and weapons now cost 3500 Gold to gamble for tier 1 - 3 items
-> All armors and weapons now cost 5000 Gold to gamble for tier 4 - 6 items
->6000 and 5000 Gold for Amulets and Rings, respectively

Enabled Plauge Runeword (there you go Sloth)
Dragon Runeword no longer has +3-5 all stats - now gives + 1 Hydra all classes
-> Hydra in voidstone is treated as summon and not skill and you cant cast summon skill on
-->proc without having at least +1 to that skill so this should fix it
Added cube recipes to upgrade Purple Runes -> Tek x2 or higher rune + Rare Jewel to upgrade
----> you cannot downgrade purple runes
Added Necro Automods for wands
Bolt and Arrow Quivers should now drop as Magic and Rare
Reduced Resistance penalty on immune breaking purple runes (was -25 now -15 and -50 now -25)
