Dead Air is a total conversion for the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series based on Call of Chernobyl, encompassing all aspects of the game from graphics, audio, and special effects to various gameplay and AI features. The mod evolves from the ideas started in Call of Misery, a previous project of the mod author. Major inspirations for Dead Air include projects such as NLC, MISERY, Autumn Aurora, and OGSE. Dead Air prioritises the development of the game engine’s potential, complexity of gameplay, and attention to detail, along with addressing both the quality and quantity of all content.

Іuggests opening access to the view from a third person, do it please.
To display the movements of the actor's legs correctly, I change the following parameters in the actor.ltx file:
jump_speed = 6.
crouch_coef = 0.65
climb_coef = 1.0
run_coef = 2.0
sprint_koef = 1.8
run_back_coef = 1.7
walk_back_coef = 1.0
air_control_param = 0.02
walk_strafe_coef = 1.0
run_strafe_coef = 0.8
walk_accel = 16
Then it becomes pleasant to contemplate from the third person )
For excellent realism, make changes to the engine at the expense of:
- hiding the weapon behind your back,
- slowing down the movements of the NPS in the water, in the bushes and on the ladder to walking
speed.
- search of corpses from a shorter distance, only in a bent position
Unfortunately, in the third person's view, a lantern in hand, a hammer, an ax, a lighter will be incorrect because they are not provided by animations.
